IS IT POSSIBLE FOR ME TO PAY FOR MY ORDER AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY (CASH ON DELIVERY)?

WHY DO YOU ONLY ACCEPT PREPAYMENT?

Regrettably, we are only able to work with clients who pay in full upfront.

Steroids are illegal to sell without a prescription in most countries, and outright banned in others, thus making cash-on-delivery payments difficult.

Given these constraints, prepayment is the only option; regardless, it is the most secure and simple alternative for both parties.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY PAYMENT TO BE PROCESSED?

Payments are normally processed within 2 to 3 business days after proof of the transaction is received. After receiving a successful transaction confirmation, your order will be packed and completed within 24 hours.

Instructions on how to make a payment will be emailed to you. Please pay strict attention to the instructions emailed to you to avoid any unnecessary delays.

If you did not receive the email, please let us know and we will resend it to you as soon as possible.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PAYMENT FAILS?

If your payment fails, our payment provider will send you an email automatically to notify you of the problem (e.g. perhaps you entered the wrong account numbers when you were making the payment).

In this case, you'll have to go through the payment procedure again until it's successful.

We will give you an order payment confirmation once your payment has been received successfully which will include the following information:

1. Your unique Order ID number;
2. The total order value;
3. The payment method you used to complete your order;
4. The time you made your purchase.

Please note:

Until your order is delivered, please keep a copy of this payment confirmation or take a snapshot of the payment confirmation success screen.

In the event of any disputes, this ensures that all parties are properly protected.

We value our clients' privacy and make every effort to provide as many payment options as possible. As a result, we provide you with the option of increasing your privacy by accepting Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies as payment:

Bank transfers are the quickest way to receive your order because they don't require any authentication and normally take only 1-2 business days to process and clear.

European customers can make payments to our EU bank account through Uberweisung (Germany) and IBAN transfers.

SEPA transfers are free, and you'll get a 10% discount for using this method.

Please be advised that these methods are not as simple, discrete, or secure for some customers as credit and debit cards.

Orders paid by bank transfer receive a 5% discount, plus we'll cover the bank transfer costs. For example, if your order total is £500, you'll just have to pay us £435, i.e.

£435 = £500 - £25 (5 percent discount) - £40 (bank transfer fee).

We also provide a 10% discount on orders exceeding £550 paid by bank transfer, in addition to any other applicable discounts (e.g. returning customers, promo coupon code, or any special promotional offers). In addition, the bank transfer fees will be deducted from your total order amount.

HOW ARE CREDIT CARDS PROCESSED?

We may require you to verify your order after you make your credit card payment, which is why we need your current phone number so that we can contact you.

If your order fails to pass our anti-fraud verification process or we are unable to contact you, your credit card payment will be declined and an alternate payment option will be suggested (e.g. bank transfer, money transfer, or payment in a cryptocurrency like Bitcoin).

MY CREDIT CARD ADDRESS AND THE DELIVERY ADDRESS ARE NOT THE SAME.

This isn't a problem; simply make sure the name on the credit card matches the address on the credit card you submit when you make the payment by credit card. Please be aware that if our payment gateway provider instructs us to double-check the cardholder's data, we may require additional verification.

If the country where your credit card is registered differs from the location where your order is being transported, you will be required to pay by another method.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS TO BE APPROVED?

Only after your payment has been validated and has passed our anti-fraud check will your card be charged.

Within 1-2 business days, authorized payments are processed and confirmed, and your order is cleared for shipping.

I HAVE COMPLETED PAYMENT FOR MY ORDER, BUT WHY HAS MY CREDIT CARD NOT BEEN CHARGED YET?

As the verification procedure might take anywhere from 2 hours to 2 business days to complete, your card will not be charged right away.
