1. I am at least 18 years old (for European customers) or 21 years old (for US customers).

2. I am using this site for personal, commercial or informative purposes only and will keep all of the information (shipping location, billing addresses, security policy) confidential and I will not show my account to anyone.

3. I am not a law enforcement collaborator and am not affiliated with any kind of law enforcement organizations.

4. I am not interested in causing harm to anyone from this site and will use it for commercial purposes only.

Shipping Related

1. The packages are being shipped by Regular Airmail from Europe.

2. The package is shipped by plane to your country and by terrain transport to your location.

3. We are providing international shipping only, no domestic service available.

4. The will be shipped in 1 - 5 days after the payment has been received.

5. Average time of arrival is 7 - 20 days.

6. You may begin to worry and open a report if the package is more than15 days late, smaller delays are considered normal, as the mail service can be unstable in these current times.

7. Products are stored in different warehouses in different countries, so we split the orders in as many packages as is needed and the shipping date between these, may differ from 24-48 hours from package to package.

1. Please fully read the ordering instructions before placing an order.

2. After an order is placed it will stay inactive until you pay for it and we will begin processing it within 24 hours after we receive the funds.

3. You can cancel and delete an order whenever you want, but only in the case that it is not activated, in cases when the order is paid or activated by us, you will have to request its cancellation by sending us a support ticket.

4. Placed orders won't save the products in stock, so if there is a difference between the date you have placed the order and the payment date is longer than 1 week, you may have to confirm the availability of the ordered products via a support ticket to ensure that all products are still in stock.

5. Placing an order will freeze the price, so if the order is kept unpaid in the system and when you decide to pay for it, the pricing is changed, then you will only have to pay the old price stated in your order.

6. If you order a large amount of different products but the amount per product is not enough to get a bulk discount, then you can just order them and contact us to fix a reduced price in the limits of our marketing policy.

7. We have to inform you that there are sometimes shipping delays caused by technical problems, but this is not a reason to worry or to be disappointed. If an order is held in the store for more than 7 days, please create a support ticket and ask for compensation, as we are giving credits in these such cases.

8. You can always check the status, content and other information regarding your order in your order history, that is available to view on your account details via the website.

9. The order tracking code attached to your purchase should not be confused with the mail tracking number (reference number), as they are completely different references.

10. If you have ordered products that you don't need by mistake and haven't managed to clarify this with us until the shipping date, then we will not be able to reship you the needed product.

11. Each time when you receive a package, you must log into the site, open your order history and in the field which is near to each product from that package, you will have to enter the received amount and click accept, this way, you are informing us that the package has been received safely.

Reshipping policy

1. Shipping delays are being counted after the expected delivery date displayed in your order history.

2. A package can be considered lost if it is more than 30 days overdue.

3. The first complain of mail delay should be sent no sooner than the 15th day after the expected delivery date, shorter delays are not a reason to worry about, as the mail service can be unstable.

4. On the 30th day after the expected date, you have to report the package as lost and get back to us with the package details, the order ID and a new address for the reshipment of your package.

5. A new shipping address is required to avoid further problems, if you don't want to provide a new shipping address, then we will reship your parcel anyway, but the shipping will not be guaranteed, so if your parcel is lost again on its way to the same address, we will not reship your parcel for the second time.

6. If a missing product from your late package is out of stock when it should be reshipped, then you have 2 options - wait for the updated stock to arrive or accept a replacement in the limits of the cost that you have paid for the initial products. In this such case, we will replace your products with the same quality or higher, using other branded substances. 

7. If your package is seized and you received the seizure letter, then you have to report this case via a support ticket and also scan it and send to the following address. After the letter is reviewed and the shipment has been approved, you have to provide us with a new address for reshipment. Points "5" and "6" from this paragraph also affect in cases of seizure.

8. The sender address on the package shipped to you is fake, so we will not receive it back if it is returned to the sender, you have to report the reason of the return in a support ticket and discuss the case with an operator from our team.

9. Missing packages because of wrong address typed will not be reshipped. So take care when filling in the address fields for your order.

10. If you change your address (move to another house) before the expected date, then the package won't be reshipped. If you do this after the expected due date, but the 30 days overdue has not passed, then you'll have to leave someone to receive the package at your previous address, otherwise we'll compensate only 50% of the package value.

11. Product amount shortage will be compensated after you report this and the operator makes a conclusion.

12. Arrival of the wrong product is also compensated with a reshipment of the initial ordered product.

13. In case of product damage followed by the inability to use the products, you have to report this in a support ticket and then take pictures of the damaged products, labels or packing and send them to the following address shown on our site.
