A month has already passed and before I start working out, I use bold and this has definitely been doing the job. I would like to see more results but i keep having to remind myself I am only 1 month in. I have seen improvements in my build and I have seen a change in the definition of my muscles. During the first 2 weeks of taking it, you don't really see a change but the real change comes from around week 3 (well at least for me). I have a lot more energy these days and what started off slow had now snowballed into me training like a machine! I had my doubts initially but I feel great now! You have to give it time to work properly, don't just expect changes over night. This version of EQ ticks all the boxes for me.

Had a mad blast with the Sus and EQ from Alpha. Use the Sus regularly but the EQ I have only just used. Had a great run, stacked on 29lbs after my cycle.
